I highly, highly recommend Jessica (Songbird Postpartum Doula). I was lucky enough to have her come several times a week for two months after my daughter was born, and it’s honestly the best money I’ve ever spent in my life.
From Day 1, she was such a warm and calming presence in my home. I felt so secure with her here — like she was taking care of both me and the baby. She is a true baby whisperer, who could always easily soothe my daughter, no matter what she needed. She changes diapers, fed her bottles, and put her to sleep effortlessly. But even more than that, she listened to my anxieties, offered me gentle advice and guidance, and gave me confidence in my own parenting.
On top of all that, she washed bottles without being asked to, cleaned, and allowed me to begin the next day feeling refreshed and on top of things, which was so vital for my mental health.
I wish she could stay with us forever! She is a truly special person, with a real gift.

I am beyond pleased to recommend Jessica for postpartum services for anyone looking for a kind, nurturing and trustworthy caretaker during their postpartum journey.
After welcoming our second baby, I knew we would need overnight support and Jessica put any anxieties of entrusting someone, outside of myself, with my new baby at ease right away.
Every visit, Jessica welcomed me with an upbeat attitude and was eager to check-in with how I was doing and what support I needed. I had no doubt that she would give my son the best care and follow the direction I provided (which changed by the day as we were navigating those first weeks!)
Jessica also provided invaluable advice when it came to outside factors, such as easing the transition with our older son, supressing my milk supply, ways to help with gas / tension in our newborn, etc.
My husband and I felt relief when we knew Jessica was on the schedule and joked that we wished she was a permanent member in our home. I'm so thankful for her outpouring of support during such a vulnerable time.
